  This app doesn’t give a fast delete option for the Motion triggers and stops recording because it runs out of space too fast. If you won’t provide enough recording space at least provide faster deletion options.I have over 200 triggers daily and I have to delete one by one and is time consuming and if I don’t delete daily it won’t record triggers any longer claiming that I run out of space👎👎👎👎👎

  You can send commands, but you will never know whether or not your door is actually locked or your alarm is actually armed. I just have to unlock/disarm and the re-lock/arm immediately after to be sure or use the scenes. Tried calling ADT and they suggested it’s my WiFi issue..but this is only device in the house that we have issues with.

  I just recently upgraded from the pulse system to the control system and it’s not user friendly with adding Z waze devices. They don’t support Nest Or Ring devices now forcing you to purchase other devices that operate exactly the same. I been with Adt for 7 years and I am very disappointed with this system and will be asking them to reverse back to pulse system. System doesn’t even have automation functions smh

  Recommend ADT to anyone I know along with this app, it’s easy to understand I can see both cameras in front and back of my house. Sometimes it loads slowly but that’s not at fault of the application.only thing I would change is viewing the front RING doorbell without having to call it. What’s if I have someone arriving to my home with a restraining order? I don’t want them to hear me on the voice com the front camera has. Regardless I would still recommend excited to feel safe while sleeping/gone again

  Pulse actually worked and the user had the ability to add equipment and it was user friendly. Fast forward to progress and you must call to add items and it’s a crap shoot if they work. I have over $1,000 in cameras that do not work with the new system. In the process of finding a new security company so I can dump ADT. Been with them over 12 years and expected much more. Shop around!

  I loved the fact that I was able to set the notifications to where each child had their own passcode to where I can see when they individually got home. I was able to see who disarmed and armed the alarm. NOW IT NO LONGER DOES IT,ALSO IT GIVES FALSE SETTING. It would say the alarm was disarmed when it was armed and vice versa
